The term "Registration" means the process of creating the User�s individual account and generating a unique login

The User will be bound by these Terms of Use as of the moment he logs in his account for the first time.

• The User agrees to provide true details during registration.
• By registering on the Website, the User is deemed to be of age (18 years old or older).
• The User agrees to update those of his contact details that are used by the Website to contact him.
• The User acknowledges that if his contact details are incorrect, he may not be properly notified of changes to these Terms of Use, changes regarding his account or changes to the services and/or rates for the services provided by the Website.

• Registration on www.golove.co.uk is free.
• Service GoLove consist on 2 types of account: Standard (Free of charge) and Premium (payment required). Prices are shown in "Renew Your subscription" section at: www.golove.co.uk
  
• The User acknowledges that if any charges are introduced, the he will not be entitled to a refund of any paid or payable charges.

• The User may not include anywhere in the User Profile, whether available or not for edition by the User, in text or photographs any information that would allow any person to identify and contact the User directly. Such information includes in particular, but is not limited to, Gadu-Gadu IDs, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, ICQ IDs, Skype IDs, website addresses.
• The User may not post on the Website any information about any third party.
• The User acknowledges that any photographs submitted by the User to the Website are the property of the User and that he has full title to such photographs, and that they are photographs of the User.
• Only photographs of people will be posted on the Website.
• The administrator of the Website will refuse to post on the Website any photographs of flora, fauna, landscapes, objects, natural events etc.
• The administrator of the Website may refuse to post on the Website any photograph submitted by the User, without stating the reason for such refusal.
• The administrator of the Website may change, for aesthetic reasons, the size of any photograph submitted by the User before posting it on the Website
• The User acknowledges that these Term of Use may be changed. Such changes will become effective upon publication on www.golove.co.uk.
• By using the Website after such changes are published, the User will be deemed to have accepted such changes.

The Website will not be held responsible for any content exchanged by the Users of the Website.
Complaints resulting from the User�s failure to read these Terms of Use or from the User�s breach of these Terms of Use will not be accepted.
